We are proud to announce our SIXTH Annual Throwdown! Come out to test your fitness, challenge yourself and the competitors around you.

There will be twenty competition spots for each of the following divisions:
Men’s RX
Women’s RX
Men’s Scaled
Women’s Scaled
Masters Men*
Masters Women*

*Master’s competitors will be competing against those registered in the same age category. We will be using the same age groups as the CrossFit Games (see ages posted below). If a Masters competitor wishes to compete with the RX group, simply register into the RX division.

Masters Age Divisions:
There are currently six divisions each for women and men: 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, and 60+.


This year’s Throwdown will feature four events, and we will have prizes for the top three of each division. Come on out and join the fun!
